Frequently Asked Questions
-
We work with students as young as 13 and through college age (including students interested in applying to graduate school). Typically, students between ages 13-16 will utilize our guided research services. As students prepare to apply for college, they utilize our application year counseling services for increased support.

While our counselors have worked with students who have gone on to most of the US’ top 50 colleges and universities, we pride ourselves on maintaining strictly professional relationships with school admin. We believe that the most successful students in college are those who earn their place and for whom the school is the right fit. We do not condone or participate in any activities that attempt to secure spots for students due to false records or other dishonest practices.

Fees for services are charged annually and are dependent on a number of factors, including the student’s existing academic/extracurricular profile and their college and university aspirations. Fees for pre-application guidance are less than for the application year due to the number of regular meetings, correspondence, and guidance required in the application year.
We offer a free consultation to all interested students and their families. We know that college counseling, and school in the US, isn’t for everyone, so we use this as an opportunity to get to know you, help you understand the process and our services, and finally, to provide you with a quote. To book your consultation, fill out this form and we’ll reach out to schedule a meeting.

We’d be happy to discuss payment plans for any family interested in our services. After the initial consultation, our team will provide your family with the full annual quote for our services. If a payment plan is a better fit, we can provide monthly or quarterly invoices totaling the full annual amount.
Please note that if payments are received more than 1 week after their due date, we reserve the right to delay future meetings until the payment is received. If more than 3 payments are received late, we reserve the right to review and amend the service agreement.
